Feb 14,2025Worst customer service ever received. It’s like their internal support teams are all on completely different wave lengths. No consistency, took forever and a day to come to any conclusion, just crap. Installation guy kept saying he had no clue how to install out loud in my house whilst installing… Product on the other hand is great! But that has nothing to do with this company, this company is based on their customer service experience so I suggest you find the same product and buy elsewhere.

Feb 14,2025Good service, fast delivery, friendly drivers etc. The thing I didn't like was being called after delivery for them to try and sell me extended warranty cover. The option was there on the website to take it out if I wanted, I don't want to be called if I chose not to.

Feb 14,2025Oven suffered dent in transit (unbelievably it was delivered by a lone driver !) however the dent is in the casing and not on view so I have kept it. Nevertheless it shows delivery or stock movement needs improving.
