Feb 03,2025After ordering my fridge freezer I spoke to their team and explained I lived in a maisonette so had a flight of stairs and asked would the drivers be able to take my old one down the stairs and bring the new one up because I had payed for delivery and recycle of the old one. The person on the phone said yes they will do one flight of stairs. On the day there was only one driver and when I asked him he said nobody had said anything about this and when he spoke to the person on the phone she was so matter of fact about rescheduling for Monday when this day was Friday! I had arranged everything so that I had a food delivery etc and had arranged for family to come over! What was the point of booking a delivery date and as for rescheduling Id already arranged everything! No customer care what so ever

Feb 03,2025Lovely heater looks good.Nice heat when I can get it to work. Being older maybe I should have bought a less complicated heater. I will try again tomorrow and see if I can come to terms with the remote and how to use it. Or look for instructions online.I have sorted out how to work the heater very impressed with the heat it gives out. I have it on wheels just now but great that I can move it about the room. Would recommend.
