Feb 15,2025We are busy renovating our kitchen and I was looking for specific brands for my built in microwave and cooker hood. I searched through many different websites until I found this one. The website was easy to navigate, and I found both items I was looking for. I placed the order and the very next day, I received delivery. So quick and efficient. Highly recommend.

Feb 15,2025Easy to navigate and order through website. Got a follow up call from the team to confirm details and delivery process (does also include an upsell offer for an extended care package, which I declined). Delivery was as expected, with the two man BJS team able to get the cooker I ordered into the room that I needed it. My smaller item came through DPD an hour later so overall was well coordinated. Only suggestion would be that all items come together but I can't fault the service.

Feb 15,2025Men were good and polite, but when it didn’t fit through the door, I had to unpack it outside for them to bring it in ! What if i wasn’t in and my partner with ms was there on his own !? Would it have not been delivered? As they weren’t allowed to unpack it !? Or would it have been left outside in the ran ?! A little puzzling 🤨. U pay for delivery it should be delivered packed or unpacked surely!!!

Feb 15,2025Ordered a washing machine on the website nice and easy. Plenty updates on the order until delivery date. Paid extra for old machine to be disconnected and recycled, and new machine to be fitted. ArrowXL (the delivery company used by Appliances Direct) refused to disconnect and remove the old machine even though I had paid for this and also just dumped new machine in the kitchen, still in box, and left. Called to complain and the lady I spoke to handled my complaint quickly, processed a refund for the delivery services and apologised. Would buy from appliances direct again, wouldn’t waste money on the extra services again however as their delivery provider is highly unreliable and unprofessional.

Feb 15,2025we bought a dehumidifier from this company, after a couple of months we noticed that water stopped collecting in it and after a month of all sorts of checks we wrote to the company. I must admit they responded very quickly and agreed on the next step. I set aside a day not to work since they can only pick up on weekdays. but to my surprise, sitting at home, I received an SMS: like we didn’t find you at home on this day and all that. but no one came. the next time a guy came and said pack it a little on top I’ll be right back, he left and that’s it, never came back. I called the company again and some Jenny or Mary started yelling at me, in short, I’m very disappointed in the service and all this crazy lawlessness.

Feb 15,2025We ordered a cooker that came on time. The lads that delivered it bought into the house unpacked it, checked it all over photograph it and took the packaging away I fitted in place within minute's, job done Prefect all round.
