Saw the appliance I wanted, ordered on line. A phone call came shortly after going through everything with me. I was notified later that day that the item had been despatched. Received 2 days later, just as described. I love it. Thank you appliances direct.

First time we have dealt with Appliances Direct And would defiantly deal with again Item was well packaged so no damage Fridge/freezer was a good price as in Sale and delivery was only £25 I can highly recommend this company And the communication between us and the company was top notch (unusual these days to actually speak to a Human)

Everything went smoothly. Old cooker went bust on Sunday and by Tue night we had the new one installed and working. Superb.

I would give even less that one star is I could! Washer dryer arrived, I had paid for collection of old machine and installation. Young guy arrived, moaned he was tired and wanted to go home. Questioned why I did not want him dragging machine across wooden floor, asked my husband why he couldn't install it himself. Argued that he never bothered to put on base plate. Constantly referred to him as 'bruv'. He then claimed new machine was faulty. Husband questioned if he had turned water on by he had decided it was faulty( he just wanted to leave). He did not want me ringing the company and said he would ring and a replacement would be sorted. But instead I got an email telling me to organise a repair! He tried to leave the 'faulty' machine. But we insisted he connect our old one back up and took the new one, he initially objected but my husband was insistant. The young man called the company 'wankers'. And left with what I really believe is a perfectly good machine. Meanwhile i spoke to customer services who asked me if he was drunk! A new delivery was arranged but I asked to raise a complaint and was told they just did internal feedback. I asked for a refund of the £55 I'd wasted on the delivery/installation, not unreasonable given the wasted of an entire afternoon and all the hassle. I was told they did not offer compensation, I either accepted redelivery or had a refund. I went for the latter and now I have the machine on order direct from Hoover. All in all appalling service all round... and i'm STILL awaiting the refund to hit my account.
