Feb 08,2025Found a freezer I wanted. Ordered, paid for, delivery date arranged, confirmation email received. This was on 11 January. On the 29 January I get an email saying, sorry the item is out of stock. I spotted a A1 reconditioned one, emailed about this on, but no reply, nothing. Because of the dimensions I've had no other option but to cancel my order. We'll see how long it takes for my refund. Surely a company should make sure there's stock before sending a confirmation email

Feb 08,2025Ordering was straightforward and I received the vacuum cleaner the next day. There was accurate tracking of the delivery with an hour window for delivery, so I didn't have to wait around (I hate that...) I would definitely use Appliances Direct again.
