Feb 09,2025Cooker went wrong one month after warranty, and anyone would expect a cooker to last more then that amount of time, couldn't even speak to anyone about it as the phone service tells you via automated service nothing they can do, which is nonsense. No speaking to anyone or discuss options, nothing. A cooker should last more than 13 months. Awful customer service, if you can even call it that.
