Mar 02,2018To be honest I thought this was a scam but was proved so wrong. My adviser, Randal was infinitely patient with my changes of flight days, times and even airport. He got me the best deal, and I had done loads of comparison flight costings over the last couple of weeks. Just to be sure I hadn’t been taken for a ride I paid by credit card (ok, had to pay a 2% charge, but had peace of mind under credit card legislation) and immediately the ticket info came through I went onto the airline’s website to check the tickets were confirmed! So, very impressed with the service, price and speed. However, the only fly in the ointment is the request of a tip for the adviser. Optional I know, but still cringemaking when the adviser is telling you how to add a tip to your flight purchase! No pressure.... : / Would definitely uses ASAP tickets again.

Mar 01,2018Have used ASAP Tickets UK several times in the past to book family flights. They offer good customer service with competitive flight prices. I would have rated 5 stars if the payment mechanism was little more flexible ie enable part payment by debit card and part payment by credit card (subject to 2% fee). Also, you have to sign up to their ticket protection scheme if you want to take advantage of the most competitive/restrictive tickets because the cheap price is only offered as a package deal with ticket protection.

Mar 01,2018I recently used asap flight to travel with 2 small children- Pat went above and beyond to help me find the best routes and prices while with 2 small children alone. He helped me at such short notice and even when he was out of the office!! He’s a real credit to the asap team and would highly recommend asking for him for any travel needs. A* !!

Feb 17,2018I spoke to George to ask him about a ticket to Washington for my daughter. He was so helpful and really went the extra mile to ensure that I was completely satisfied. I was so impressed with his attitude and he was always so quick to get back to me. I would definitely recommend and will certainly be using the services of ASAP Tickets in the future as a result of the first class service. I don't normally give 10/10 as I feel there is always room for improvement, but I would make an exception in this case and would score 11/10 if I could!

Mar 10,2018This is the second time that George Wentworth has acted on my behalf. He really did work hard to find me the best deal within the window that I had given him. Included in this were his efforts to make my journey easier and more straightforward, given that I am partially sighted. He also found me the best destination airport and went as far as checking on the best transfer methods to the downtown address I was staying in. I shall definitely be contacting George personally in the future.
