Jan 30,2018Tried numerous comparison websites as well as direct with airlines. Couldn't find any price close to the one from ASAP. Great service and communication. Only reservation I have is the final billing where the lady I spoke to was very cagey and evasive and refused to tell me where the billing dept was based as it clearly isn't in the UK

Jan 27,2018I was asked how much I wanted to spend and when I needed to leave. Within five minutes I had a choice of three flights all under £200 of the ones I'd searched for on my own. As I needed to be flying in less than 24 hours I was extremely happy and what she found for me . Will book more flights with this company . Jan 26,2018I was helped by a lovely gentleman who really took the time to assist me through both the process of booking and when I had difficulties with my bank when processing the payment. He waited on the telephone and carefully talked me through everything. He checked after emails to see whether everything was clear to me. I couldn't ask for better service. I highly recommend this company and will use them when I travel again. Last, but by no means least, their prices were unbeatable.

Jan 18,2018In August 2017 we purchased 2 round trip tickets from ASAP for travel from the UK to USA for October 2017. We were not allowed to board due to ESTA issues. We contacted ASAP and they refused to help us. We then contacted Delta who kindly refunded the flight costs to ASAP and we were instructed to contact ASAP for the funds. That was November 2017 and it is now January 18, 2018 and we are still trying to get our money back. They have issued a partial refund to my credit card but the rest of the refund they are requesting bank information to wire the funds. I am a USA citizen and my bank has advised against giving out this information. I cannot open a new account as I am in England. I cannot open a bank account in England because I do not meet the requirements. According to Delta the credit was issued to Brightsun. The contact email is 68df6r customer.care at brightsun.co.in which if you look up is in PAKAstan. I have no idea who this company is and when I write to there is no reply I just want my money back. Here is what they say to me We apologize for the belated reply. We would like to remind you that your ticket was refunded and no further changes would be possible. The remaining amount that will be refunded to you is GBP530.00. Could you kindly provide us with the following details for us to complete the refund: Wire transfer details : Beneficiary name: Account number: Routing number: Swift code: Bank name: Bank address: As soon as we have the requested information we'll refund the remaining amount back to youanks Both my banks say do not give the info And I think it is a scam Here is their reply Dear Customer, Due to technical issues that we are experiencing at the moment the usual refund procedure is not possible. That is why we are requesting for wire transfer information. There is no scam here, it's just a different type of refund. Please double check with your bank and provide us the requested details for us to start the procedure for the left amount. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. And Dear Customer, As I informed you earlier we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. There is absolutely nothing illegal from our side. This is just a type of refund that we are also doing, and usually there was never a problem with requesting the wire transfer details. Please provide the details as soon as you can so we can finalize this procedure.

There were 5 of us travelling to various destinations, not all coming from the same country. Dominic was professional, friendly, very efficient and got my family an excellent package with no fuss or stress. I will personally never look for another flight again. Jan 31,2018Amazing service and the best prices you will find from anyone. Very, very helpful staff who go the extra mile (thanks Sansa) and fast reactive responses. Echo recent opinions about hiccups while they appear to be settling in some new system and you need to be aware that the credit card transaction is probably from abroad. Excellent - used them last year and for vacation later this year (2018) and will be my first contact for anything new.
