Oct 03,2015I ordered a bag or white rabbit milk candy as a gift for my boyfriend because they are his favorite and he was leaving for college in two days. Due to this, I ordered next day delivery. The next day, somebody called me to confirm if I really did want next day delivery, which was fine, but I never got an email confirmation or any order number which I could use to track the package. The next day, and even next week passed, and the candy was not delivered. At this point, my boyfriend had left, so that had not worked out, but I still wanted the candy to be delivered as the credit card had been billed. When I called AsianFoodGrocer customer service, and they finally found my order, which was difficult because they had not sent me an order number to reference to, they told me that it had never been shipped and they did not know why but that they would ship it the next day. When I asked for a shipping refund (because the next day shipping cost more than the actual candy), they said they would see what they could do. The next day, the candy was delivered, and the "refund" they gave me was a complementary small pocket of pocky that could not have cost more than $2. Overall, the service was incredibly unreliably, and I would say the lack of refund could almost be considered stealing.

Oct 03,2015I enjoy ordering items from Asian Food Grocer especially the sodas because getting them elsewhere costs a lot more. The only thing is hopefully you will get back the items that are out of stock!

Oct 03,2015The only problem that I have encountered with my order is that on one of my products was dated in September and on the website it was dated in October, but other than that my order was flawless

Oct 03,2015Even when something shows "in Stock" that's not always true. After I place an order of In Stock items, I often times get an email that states that one or more of the items are out of stock. When they changed their website, finding items that previously were easy to find, became very hard to find. The new website looks nicer than the previous one, but isn't as functional.

Oct 04,2015The only place I can get the Asian products I enjoy. Very quick order process, timely shipping and all of my products have arrived in great condition. They also have a very good selection of products. I feel like I can trust the quality of the items I receive versus other suppliers.
