Jul 03,2022I ordered the flute media until and coffee table. Upon receiving the items after approx 10 weeks there was a huge hairline crack on the marble unit and the coffee table had uneven colour change and some damage to the underside. I am very disappointed after paying so much money in the service. I have contacted customer service and await to see if they can rectify without causing an issue as this is a huge inconvenience for me as a consumer to pay premium amount, wait for unrealistic time frame for delivery and then single handedly fix damaged goods only to find them in such a state. Heartbroken

Jun 01,2022Lovely product. We ordered this for our garden room. It’s a beautiful piece and looks fantastic in the room. Everyone comments how nice it is! Delivery was excellent. I’ve taken one star off only because one of the corners of the marble is slightly chipped. I knew there wasn’t any more in stock so I didn’t ask for exchange. No one else has noticed except me though, and it’s so nice I didn’t want to not have it! Would definitely use the site again.
