Mar 24,2022Attractive mango wood cabinet. Very pleased with appearance. Looks like photo.Had to fit legs, as expected, relatively easy but needs 2 people to manoeuvre the cabinet upside down to do this ideally. Disappointed that the back of the cabinet is not mango wood, looks like ply, but not sure. Cabinet was over £ 600 so for that price expected solid wood throughout.hence 3 stars. Good communication from delivery company. Delivery guys were exceptionally helpful when they realised I live alone. They unpacked it and left it in correct position for me to fit legs.

Mar 15,2022I bought the Gatsby Marble Nesting Side Tables. I fell I love the moment I saw them on their web or social media. They are really gorgeous and actually very handy too. Next to the sofa, we can use them to put drinks or small plates whilst watching telly. Delivery was prompt it was well packed.

Jan 27,2022We purchased a beautiful marble drinks trolley as a Christmas present for my wife. Ordering and delivery were perfect with the driver offering to put the heavy bulky box wherever we wanted. The box was wrapped and duly happily opened at Christmas. My wife noticed an issue with the frame and I emailed A&T at the weekend, expecting a response on the Monday. Actually the customer service was so good, that we received the new trolley on Tuesday as promised. It took a while for the old one to be collected but that was a DPD issue not A&T. First class product, first class customer service. Thank you

Secondly I made two extremely odd requests which I won’t be able disclose here but their customer care team was so so accommodative. Best customer experience ever.

Dec 17,2021We are extremely pleased with our coffee table! We were a bit apprehensive about buying an expensive piece of furniture without being able to view it in person. Atkin and Thyme were very helpful and sent us lots of images of the piece so that we could view it from all angles. We knew we could return it if we weren't happy so we took the plunge! The delivery was on time and the delivery people were very careful. The coffee table is outstanding and has formed a real centrepiece of our new living room. I haven't seen anything like it anywhere else. I've been really pleased with the whole experience, would recommend Atkin and Thyme and would happily buy from them again.

Dec 16,2021I ordered two of the mercury bedside tables, which were delivered last month. First, the positives: the delivery was prompt and smooth, and the tables look great. Unfortunately there are a few quite serious quality issues for the price that mean I'm unlikely to order from this company again: 1) Both tables have developed spots of rust on the front despite no obvious spillages. These rust spots can't be removed without causing further damage. 2) The drawer runners are very uneven, and there's nothing added to help the drawers run smoothly. This means there's an awful metallic scrapping sound whenever you open a drawer. 3) The insides of the drawers were quite dirty when they arrived. 4) The black powder coating had already scratched off in a few places when they arrived. Update: After seeing this review Atkin and Thyme got in touch to offer a replacement or refund, and I agreed to exchange for the Fandango bedside tables. Much happier with these - the drawers run more smoothly and the wood means there's no chance of rust spots.

Mar 24,2022Just received my mercury sideboard and all I can say is WOW!! Easy to order and it was delivered a week before the original date by two lovely guys. Exceptional quality and very stylish, a real statement piece of furniture. I will definitely be placing future orders with Atkinson and Thyme.
