May 30,2019Bought a gatsby bar trolley, came in shocking condition after having to pay a £14.95 fee. Wasn't able open box as the item was extremely heavy and needed to wait for my partner's return from travels. Sent photos to them and they were questioning why it took so long even though I'd already had a conversation with the customer service representative. My partner then went on travels again so I have to wait for his return to be able to box item up again and get it exchanged. Where is the quality control/apology in the above?!

Mar 04,2019I ordered a media unit which took a long time to arrive. When it did arrive it looked nothing like the picture online. The paint job was horrific and one of the doors were not aligned. In fact, there was a random screw stuck to the magnetic part of the door. There were chips on the door. Furthermore, when I tried to ask for a refund i was questioned about the product where i had to send pictures. I felt like i had to convince them to get my money back without paying a pick-up or delivery charge. I have been in a similar position with other companies and they have quickly offered a refund. I would definitely not recommend Atkin and Thyme to anybody. Dissappointed.

Feb 18,2019Chevron Dining table, Not to buy! We only had dinner twice and have marks all over the table. You can easily drop anything to the table as it is a dining table. Even water left marks on it. There were no warning on the descriptions once we bought the table and there were no information/warning when we received the table. I wrote about it to the company but unfortunately the respond wasn't satisfying yet not helpful. We started to use table runners to prevent any type of problems but as you can imagine you can still drop a little things on the table as it is a dining table even though we are 2 of us, not have children as well. We are giving extra care by using the table, they are more marks on the table at the moment. After begging to ask to the company how to prevent any type of marks on the table, they were far from helping yet they were insisting that is our fault. It is not worth to pay that much money for a dining table if you won't enjoy with your dinner. They are not doing anything to support.

Feb 01,2019Wish I could write zero stars. Ordered the Toshi bedside tables with concrete draw and brass inlays. Product was delivered and the 'concrete' is wood painted grey, the brass inlay is a strip of gold paint on top of the wood. They denied this on the phone and by email and were very arrogant on the phone. the high price tag of this product was warranted by the brass and concrete design details and craftmanship... a bit of painted wood does not allow for a £200 price tag. They would not accept this fact and made a story up of how the brass and concrete have been polished hence looking like paint. Would not knock down the cost and said we had to pay for collected then would get refunded.

Jan 03,2019Great Experience I have had a terrific experience with A&T. They delivered my table and benches in a timely manner, however the table was damaged. I understand things like this happen, so I just emailed them with images of the damage and they arranged a replacement promptly. I love the product and cannot fault the service .

Dec 03,2018Do not use. Nice products but a logistical nightmare. Six weeks after order and still waiting for the media unit that was ordered. Courier company used was a waste of time and it seemed to be difficult, if not impossible, for them to get the item to Scotland. Ordered now cancelled and awaiting a refund.

Nov 10,2018Item received is not as advertised. As silly as it may sound, i simply dont know how to leave a review on feefo, where this firm has got very good reviews. So here I am. Delivery was quick as advertised. However, I paid for weekend delivery ans they only paid DPD for weekday delivery. I was able to get a refund for the extra delivery fee i paid after contacting customer service. The product sent was not as advertised. I bought Faye Nesting Side Tables from them. The finish is rough (advert photo shows smooth finish); glass tops show multiple scratches; legs are not straight. Most importantly, the smaller table's lower ring is higher than the larger table's (complete opposite of what is advertised), making the table set visually disturbing. They were able to give me 15% refund as my husband already recycled the packing....and they cant take back without those plastics and carton box. The table is going to the loft!

I had ordered four pieces of furniture from Atkin and Thyme, all of them in stock and delivery scheduled for two weeks down the line which gave the company plenty of time to organise stuff. at the time of delivery the delivery men only delivered two pieces of furniture, their delivery invoice was only for three pieces of furniture out of which one of them they mentioned was out of stock. After speaking to the head office they confirmed everything I ordered was in stock. The delivery company was not even made aware of fourth piece of furniture. After speaking to the customer services team I was assured of delivery twice and changed later. Finally I was given another time slot for the rest of the delivery for my furniture, I happened to call their delivery company one day in advance of my delivery to confirm details and the delivery company didn't had anything booked in for my order. The furniture that was delivered in time needed assembly and was assembled wrongly by the delivery men and one of the tables was unstable due to a missing piece. Absolutely horrific experience.

Aug 23,2018We where dubious of ordering from this company after we had read the reviews on here! But had seen very positive feedback elsewhere. We ordered a coffee table and side tables. The delivery was as stated and they even took away the packaging which I have to say was very helpful as we live in a flat. The quality is fantastic and we couldn't be happier and are definitely going to order from Atkin and Thyme again. Highly recommended.

Jul 04,2019I was initially hesitant to purchase from Atkin & Thyme because although their Feefo review page seems great - other trusted review websites gave them low ratings with poor customer service. When my nesting tables arrived in terribly poor condition, I photographed and emailed their customer service straight away. To begin with, dealing with Emily was prompt and I felt that the service provided was good and smooth - however after receiving only 1 nesting table in the exchange for the 2 that were damaged, waiting 4 days to only have the 2nd damaged table returned to me, and then being told they only agreed to replace 1 of 2 damaged tables (which never happened regardless!), they were incredibly arrogant and Barry in particular came across as conceited and oblivious to the entire situation. The whole ordeal only came to a close because I caved in to their pettiness. For the price, the Gatsby nesting tables were certainly not up to standard. The quality was poor - which I clocked on their own product photo that the framework is in fact wonky, but I liked the style and could not find something similar elsewhere; had I and I would not have purchased from Atkin & Thyme!
