Their customer care and delivery service is absolutely impeccable. Everything from the ordering and delivery, to return request, collection and refund was super fast . Even when I realised I had mis measured snd got a table too big they didn’t even ask for it to be in the original packaging they let me return it after I carefully bubble wrapped it and within a week I had a replacement of a different size. Absolutely outstanding service!!!!

Sep 06,2021Akita Headboard White I recently purchased the Akita Headboard. What an absolutely stunning piece of furniture which makes a big impact statement in my bedroom. Atkin and Thyme are very professional and my order was delivered a lot quicker than expected. The delivery people were extremely helpful and polite and offered to carry this piece of furniture to the room where it was needed. I only wish that Atkin and Thyme were continuing to stock more of the Akita furniture.

Dec 07,2021Would highly recommend! I bought a sideboard recently from Atkin and Thyme and is beautiful. The process was smooth from start to finish, from ordering to delivering I knew exactly when it would turn up. It did come with some slight damage to it which I mentioned to the customer service team and there was no argument about either replacing it in full, a full refund or a % off for the inconvenience. Would definitely buy from them again, it is a shame all companies can't be like Atkin and Thyme.
