Sep 10,2020Hello, Rebecca Reeves is my plan manager from Bowral Nsw. Rebecca works after hours too. I received an email from Rebecca after 830 pm recently rushing through a payment to World gym. Happy to have a conversation and uses initative, is always helpful, friendly and efficient. Other contacts at Auscare range from upbeat chats from the website and service beyond whats expected from people who answer the phone, like John or Joseph. Aug 05,2020Denise has been great explaining how NDIS works. Invoices get paid fast and that is great in a small town.I email Denise photos of the things I do and get great feedback. I feel like the team actually care about how I am. We are all going through a scary time, it is nice to be able to get an email just to talk about the photos. NDIS is a whole lot less confusing now. Emma has attempted to resolve a 7-month outstanding issue as a result of the incompetence of the NDIA. I think if anyone can resolve it it's Emma and Auscare. The approach used is proactive in trying to resolve issues rather than obstructive. Thank you
