Jun 12,2020We are really happy with Auscare's Plan Management for my granddaughter. They are always promptly responsive to any questions or requests that we have had and take any actions necessary. Auscare have greatly reduced the stress that we had with her previously NDIA managed Plan and have organised great supports. Their communication and contact means that I am not ever having to 'chase up' on responses.

She is truly dedicated to help Service providers as well as the clients to receive the best care first and foremost. Over the years I have dealt with a few great Support Coordinators. With Lija Taylor I find, we Service Providers are looked as partners to complete & compliment the participants requirements with professionalism, com[passion and integrity. She makes me and my team feel worthwhile and valuable. I feel very comfortable calling or e mailing Lija Taylor, as opposed to a few awkward experience in past with one or two other Coordinators where i or my team had to not only think twice but 3 times for a discussion. Keep it up.....your services from clients also make us look great.
