Dec 03,2019Sent my Montblanc Nicolas Rieussac for warranty repair but did not get any result after many months. The chronograph button fell off. The watch was very new. Authentic Watches kept the watch for 4 months and did not communicate. I had to call in to track the watch several times. Finally spoke with a customer reps telling me that they will not warranty the repair. The quoted charge was over a thousand dollar for a defected button. Cost me 6 months plus shipping charges both ways.
