Before I ordered it, I had some questions and the customer service rep was very helpful. All in all a very good experience.

Nov 26,2019The Tag watch we bought stopped keeping accurate time after only a few months. We wasted time following the instructions the customer service person gave us to try to resolve the issue. It didn’t work. Then we called customer service and said we wanted to return the watch and get our money back. After navigating through the complex shipping instructions and verifying that Authentic Watches received our watch we called to get the status of our return. It was at this time we were informed that we could not return the watch and needed to send an additional $30 before they could even try to fix the watch. So now we have wasted months and still have nothing resolved. It will be at least one or two months before anything can be done. This was a wedding gift to my husband. I am very disappointed. Customer service is horrible. We will NEVER buy anything from Authentic Watches again. Authentic Watches answered my review in a cold and callous manner. I stick with my feelings that they have horrible customer care and horrible customer service. Authentic Watches replied that my watch was purchased almost a year ago. This is untrue. The watch was purchased in late June of 2019. That’s not even 6 months. No apologies, or sensitivity to my situation.
