Feb 14,2025I telephoned Autoglass when a large crack appeared in my windscreen. The call handler was knowledgeable, polite and efficient and an appointment was made for the technician to fit a new windscreen 4 working days later. I was given a three hour window and the technician arrived within it. He was very polite and knowledgeable and the work was completed to a high standard. I was informed of the guarantee and aftercare. A job well done. Thank you Autoglass.

Feb 14,2025I needed front and back glass following storm damage and despite all the insurance failings transporting my car to the Glasgow branch, the Team organized a mobile fitting ASAP. The process from start to finish was the least stressful in 2-3 weeks, taken care of by Chris and Ryan followed by a very professional Scott from Birmingham who had travelled from Birmingham to boost the Glasgow Team that week. Took the poor guy 2-3 hours to complete, OEM screens front and back with factory tint, all mess and broken glass tidies away. Amazing Service and only wish other so called professional services were similar. Cannot recommend then enough, thanks Team!

Feb 14,2025The fact that your car has been damaged albeit just the windscreen is disappointing. This is the second time I have needed to contact Autoglass recently for two different vehicles one a repair and one a replacement. The whole process of receiving the correct job on the vehicles was flawless from arranging a time and venue for the jobs to suit me, the speed and quality of the job and the after care advice was excellent. I can’t fault Autoglass or their employees.
