Feb 18,2025After I noticed a crack in my windscreen I mentioned this to my daughter. As her husband had his windscreen damaged and then replaced by Autoglass at home we contacted the online. We could not complete the task on the day as I didn’t have my insurance policy details with me. The next day I was contacted by someone regarding my incomplete booking and he was able to help me through the necessary requiments. He offered me a choice of days and times and I was able to choose.

Feb 17,2025Contact agent was unable to find my work address postcode, despite it being one of main roads in Leicester and on google maps. Too much background noise, could hear phone clearly. Replacement technician was great and completed the work efficiently
