Feb 05,2025Once an appointment was made the service was excellent. The only criticism would be that there was a7 day waiting list to get the windscreen replaced

Feb 05,2025Needs better/linked communications between stages when more than one appointment(s) is/are necessary. Also need to immediately recognise when an initial Repair Excess has already been paid and should be shown as a Credit against subsequently requested additional Excess for further (i.e. Replacement Windsreen) work that is required. Eventually sorted when able to speak with Autoglass HQ staff!
