Needs better/linked communications between stages when more than one appointment(s) is/are necessary. Also need to immediately recognise when an initial Repair Excess has already been paid and should be shown as a Credit against subsequently requested additional Excess for further (i.e. Replacement Windsreen) work that is required. Eventually sorted when able to speak with Autoglass HQ staff!

Once an appointment was made the service was excellent. The only criticism would be that there was a7 day waiting list to get the windscreen replaced
