I am not finding a solution even for the payment I made. after the delay of the product arrival, the seller sent me another product by pasting the serial number of the product of my choice. Be careful not to send the product for which you paid. The seller has not given me any solution to my problem.

May 13,2022I ordered parts for my car from these company because they had the items in stock and promised a fast delivery time if you paid extra for the shipment which I did. Sadly the parts never arrived on time or as promised. I then had to chase them and wait 1 month to receive my parts. I then requested a refund for my shipment but instead I received a portion of the shipment and they kept the rest. When making the order it all looked like everything was paid for upfront, then to my surprise I also got £70 import tax to pay. All in all a very annoying and frustrating experience. Won’t be using them anytime soon if I can help it.
