Dec 14,2021Terrible service. Paid for up to four days delivery at a price of £55 odd. That was on the 23rd November, almost three weeks ago. Spoke to their customer service a week ago and had a person who seemed reluctant to help, tell me the part has just arrived and they’ll ship it that day (which is a week after I ordered the part). I called again last week (second week into order being placed) and the guy on the phone repeated what the previous said a week before (the part has now arrived and we’ll ship today). So when did it arrive, last week or the week before last. Either way this is terrible as you’ve either taken two weeks to order my part in or you’ve had my part sat there for a week without shipping it. Got informed the part would be with me last Wednesday the latest and it’s a week after and still no part. It is in transit and I have a tracking number but the time it’s taking makes me think that they didn’t pay for express delivery like I ordered. Absolutely shocking service and customer service. Would’ve ordered the part from somewhere else that offered up to two days shipping and a further four days delivery. Instead I chose these as they make it appear as though your order will be with you in no time. Wast of time.

Nov 05,2021Experience Update: The shipping cost are horrendous and you'll likely be charged import fees but they do have many hard to find parts. I first had trouble reaching them to cancel an order, but after several attempts I was able to get help and a refund. I've warmed up to this online company and will likely refer to them if I am in need of another hard to find "parts". Thanks.
