Jan 23,2025Excellent customer service is what makes me continue with my purchase from Auto World store. Being honest, the only thing that I would like to see is a little better packaging. The way the packages are being handled with the shipping carries, the orders can get roughly handled while in transit. Wrapping bubble wrap around the entire order inside gives that added extra insurance of protection to keep the model kits from being damaged. Iām always anxious on getting the new kits that come out or even buying some of the already available ones. Thanks to the staff at Auto World.

Jan 22,2025I recently received a large shipment of cars. My total amount paid on my order (#218488) came out to, $137.90. I have finally had time to go through my purchase and so far have found a defect on one of my cars (1969 Mercury Cougar Eliminator, Bright Blue Poly). This is the second car I have a cosmetic issue with. SAD! If these defects continue, I will stop doing business with your company.
