Jan 17,2025My Orders were shipped very fast and packaged very well. I am a longtime customer and enjoy collecting the great model automobiles they sell. Very High Quality. Nothing is perfect and one time I was shipped the wrong color 1/64th car and one call to them and the correct color was shipped to me. They provide a return shipping label if something has to be returned. This was only a one time incident. A Great model car company to do business with.

Jan 17,2025At first I was liking this store. The cars have nice detail and you can find so many models and types here that you can never find anywhere else. I placed a huge order. It was about $300, but then I got a 15% discount and free shipping. Some of the order was completely wrong. The 6 pack of nice cars. It was available when I ordered them online, but by the time they did my order, it was sold out. Instead of telling me or refunding my money, they put some crappy ugly cars in its place. I guess they figured I would not notice. Then, I had some other cars arrive with bent and damaged packaging. They did print me out a return label to take to the post office. Instead of sending me new cars like they said on the phone, they refunded money to just those items. No attention to detail at this store. My first time going there with so very many problems. I did want the Chevelle, Trans Am, Galaxy, and the Nomad.

Jan 16,2025Other outlets seem to receive, sell & disseminate your very OWN Autoworld products much more quickly and efficiently than Autoworld,com Waiting upon new items that are incoming kept my overall order delayed. That’s understandable. Seeing other retailers sell your products & delivered to their consumers via at the retail store or online level before AW has it available is a head scratcher. Combined with the fact that I received a notice of my items “shipping” and the Shop App & USPS telling me my items have continued to sit in South Bend, Indiana for a unexplainable amount of time (over a week) and being told via your site’s site messenger service that it’s USPS’s fault for not updating the tracker, someone is not telling me the whole truth. Regardless, I got the items some time later but the protracted wait on new item inventory, the extended delivery time and a useless tracker, that’s why u gave the rating i assigned.

Jan 16,2025My multiple orders arrived in a reasonable time . I had to contact customer service regarding a shortage with one order. That item was sent out within a couple of days of reporting the shortage. I'm pleased with the items and the service !
