Jan 11,2025Good product first of all, disappointed in the fact that I ordered two vehicles and only received one of them and am still waiting on the other car after I had talked to customer service it's already been 3 weeks and still nothing.

Jan 11,2025I made an order as a Christmas present to myself of 9 models. When I opened the box up at Christmas, there were only 8. After a week and a half of trying to make contact and get a response, I was able to talk to someone. I explained the situation, explained the model that was missing from my order, and they said they would take care of it. But I have not received any notification of the model being shipped…so I am still unsure what the end result will be. If I receive the model, it will go from 3 to 5 stars…
