Jan 09,2025what you order is what you receive, delivery is within a day or two of expected time, except for holidays of course, and is left at the mail box, which is at the side of my building, out of sight and safe, not like amazon whom I've had 2 serious problems with and E-bay that is personal private sellers who are notorious for lying to people to get rid of anything and say sorry , now it's your problem, how ever there Are honest people on E-bay it's 50/50

Jan 09,2025I have not bought a new Die Cast, and I will tell you why! I was looking at the pre orders for there upcoming funny car die casts, when I noticed that the detailing was severely lacking! I mean no engine wiring at all!

Jan 09,2025I made an order that was pretty much impulse driven due to a special Holiday sale offered. I usually do not have a problem with placing online orders but for some reason this time was different. I ordered a quantity of 2 and only 1 was delivered. So I inquired about the shipment, and a week later I received a paper bubble mailer that had the other car that was shorted - and it arrived crushed. The emails seemed uncaring and contentious, almost confrontational. So I contacted the service department and pointed out that this feels like I'm getting kicked in the head for doing business with them. I had to provide pictures and proof, but another one eventually showed up. I have another issue with one of their products that I am still waiting for a resolution for. I really don't know what happened to A.W. recently, but it was just enough to convince me to discontinue my pursuit of any of their future product releases. I just don't feel like a valued customer when my hard earned money goes for defective stuff. I think that I will focus on other brands like AFX Racemasters at this point.

My rating would have been 5 stars but I was disappointed that it took so long to arrive. I know the holiday season had something to do with it. This will not deter me from future orders. Happy New Year!

Jan 08,2025Purchased a pre-order diecast along with several others. Preorder said it would ship sometime in Nov. it didn’t ship till 1st week in Dec. The pre-order car arrived either the card bent in half and a couple of the others with creased corners. The sent replacements for the 2 creased corner and issued a refund for the pre-ordered one stating it was sold out. This defeated the whole reason of pre-ordering and having to wait on the whole order to ship. Bad 1st experience with AW. It will take awhile for me to try them again.
