Apr 03,2020I ordered a mod with batteries on March 25th and opted to use Klarna. Heard nothing about the order until today (April the 7th) despite the fact I had emailed and messaged via social media accounts to cancel the order and never heard a reply. The number on the website was of no use either. Their prices aren’t competitive and their customer service skills are appalling. The only good thing I can say is about the Klarna option.
