Feb 04,2025We purchased a dining table at the Fenwick Kingston store. Stephen was really professional and helpful with regards to our purchase. We were quite impressed with the level of his support and costumer service skills. I should also mention that the costumer service telephone line is really, and not responsive to most of our queries.

Feb 03,2025We bought a chest of drawers from the store at the Metro Centre Gateshead. The sales rep, Nicola was excellent. She was friendly and knowledgable. The chest was delivered today, ten days later and the delivery men were also excellent. We were given a two hour time slot a couple of days before and delivery was within that two hours. Friendly and efficient. Very pleased with B and S. the delivery man were Peter and Lee.

They were very polite and professional. My table is too big 🤦🏽♀️ I hope these two return in 6 weeks with my new order.
