Nov 04,2024Ordered a battery that was urgently required. It took nearly 24 hours before receiving an email advising that they had no stock of the order. Went elsewhere and received the battery by lunchtime! I am still awaiting my refund! Reading other 1 star reviews it would appear that one is drawn in by their lower pricing and repayments are lengthy drawn out process. GO ELSEWHERE!

Oct 18,2024The company is uncontactable! They don’t answer emails, the 0208 number, the 0871 number presumably because it earns them money, I now have a nice new 6N6-3B with no electrolyte or instructions. Not impressed!
