Despite some minor damages incurred during transportation, the battery arrived in good shape. I was satisfied to find that it was easy to use, like plug-and-play, and seamlessly compatible with my inverter, working flawlessly with CAN communication. Moreover, I was really impressed by the prompt shipping, with the package arriving within just two days. Overall, honestly, I had a positive experience and had no problem purchasing from them.Â

Mar 09,2024I ordered a battery for my car a Yuasa, I paid the £143.73 and thought all was well, the following day I received a polite email stating...Dear customer, Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience. We have no stock for Yuasa YBX9096 Battery. The model you ordered proved to be much more popular than we had expected and there is no expected delivery date. The battery is still showing as in stock on the website!! We will cancel your order and process the refund to avoid further inconvenience and we shall get back to you if the stocks arrives soon. Great I thought, how wrong could I be. I am still waiting for the refund, the telephone number is a premium rate number 0871 (why?) Following several chasing emails I got a reply that looked really like a scam email stating your refund has been processed 3 days ago, needless to say still no refund. I have now raised a dispute with Mastercard. This is a establishment that Trading Standards needs to look at. Do not use. The money is in their account
