Jun 12,2024Very dissapointed with this purchase After some research and concern at the poor/misleading advertising and informaiton I placed an order with this firm thinking they were a UK manufacturer The battery seems fine and arrived quickly Howver it came with very poor documentation/tech support and when queried it I was simply emailed a tech spec sheet and no instructions or product description as such The croc clips on the supplied charger didn't reach the battery terminals without being cut back - not easy as it was a moulded cable. The charger came with no information My understanding is that these batteries can be damaged if not charged properly, even dangerous I am a motor home and not a battery expert and therefore quite concerned and awaiting a response from the company Summary: Seems like a good product but poor service

Jun 07,2024Battery arrived on time as promised, very well packaged. A noticeable saving in weight over a conventional lead battery. Only criticism passed onto me was that the instructions for charger and charging could be a little more comprehensive eg charge indicator could be mentioned and what levels the indicators show.
