I would have gave them a zero I ordered a battery from them and was sent the wrong one. Did not match my Ebike system. I'm still waiting for a response. I paid via PayPal so I'm hoping that I will get my money back. Also in the invoice sent with the wrong battery it was the item number that I had ordered but totally the wrong item/battery.
