Baudville sent the wrong item to our office. I needed what I actually ordered the next day. In talking to customer service, they placed another order, personalized the product and sent out overnight so that I would receive by 1-9-2025, in which I did. Thank you for making sure we had our product to present to our employee at our annual meeting.

Searching, customizing, and ordering recognition awards was quick and easy. The different types and the number of options make finding the perfect products simple and fun.
