Sep 24,2021Kette kam schneller als angekündigt. Brillant hat tolle weiße Farbe und funkelt herrlich. Der Stein hat eine sichtbar gute Qualität. Sieht sehr hochwertig aus. Habe Stein mit IGI- Zertifikat. Der Preis war im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern wirklich fair.

I didn't find what I was looking for initially, so I reached out to customer support, and the jewellery advisor Sophie helped me find a ring that was perfect, even though it wasn't part of their normal catalog. I'm not sure if custom orders are normal for them, but I was blown away by the quality of service. As for the ring, it's beautiful. My partner agrees, said "yes", and we couldn't be happier; it's been over a month, since I proposed and they still can't stop looking at it. Hands down, I can recommend Baunat.

Sep 15,2021Excellent service! In my search for an engagement ring I ended up at Baunat. After looking at some rings on the website I made an appointment in Amsterdam with Olivia. Olivia was very helpful and took her time to ask me about my wishes while showing some rings. After a thinking period of several weeks I decided to order the ring! The order process was very clear and easy. I liked the frequent updates after ordering the ring. All my wishes (special ring size and desired deadline) were met by Baunat! I’m very thankful for that because it made it possible to propose to my girlfriend as planned!

Their website is very easy and clear to use and the customer service was fantastic. They have clearly answered all my questions and were very kind. I have received my ring few days ago and it's the perfect ring I was looking for! Thank you again!

Sep 09,2021Wir habe bei Baunat die perfekten (je) 1 Karat Ohrstecker gefunden und das zu einem unschlagbaren Preis, den man sonst nicht angeboten bekommt. Außerdem erfährt man außergewöhnlich guten Service. Bevor wir die Bestellung getätigt haben, haben wir uns über Email mit Baunat in Verbindung gesetzt um mehr über das Unternehmen zu erfahren. Die Rückantwort kam schnell und die Mitarbeiterin beantwortete uns alle offenen Fragen. Danach haben wir uns Angebote und die dazugehörigen GIA Zertifikate für Ohrstecker eingeholt. Insgesamt haben wir vier verschiedene Angebote bekommen, bis wir uns für eins entschieden haben. Als der Kauf getätigt war, wurden wir über jeden Schritt, den unsere Schmuckstück unterlaufen hat per Email informiert. Somit war man immer im Bilde und hatte Sicherheit, dass alles seinen richtigen Lauf nimmt. Die Anfertigung hat insgesamt knapp 3 Wochen gedauert, die Lieferung kam dafür nach Fertigstellung schon am nächsten Werktag. Auch danach hat sich die Mitarbeiterin von Baunat noch mit uns in Verbindung gesetzt um in Erfahrung zu bringen, ob uns das Schmuckstück sicher erreicht hat. Wir waren mit dem Service, auch wenn dieser „nur“ über Email verlief mehr als zufrieden und wären jederzeit bereit nochmal einen Kauf bei Baunat zu tätigen. Der Preis und die Qualität sprechen sowieso für sich.

Je recommande Baunat +++ pour les motifs suivants : 1-Leurs diamants sont naturels et d’une beauté et qualité exceptionnelle ! 2-les prix de leurs bijoux sont super attractifs et bien inférieurs par rapport aux bijouteries classiques! la qualité est garantie et largement supérieure à leur concurrents! 3- lorsque vous rencontrez un problème, leur service client est super réactif et super professionnel, je peux dire par mon expérience d’achat, la satisfaction de leur client est largement garantie 4- je recommande surtout Catherine et Gerd qui ont étés toujours d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle et surtout très réactives et à l’écoute ! 5- on nous accompagne lors de chaque étape, à partir de la commande, la fabrication et puis la livraison et puis elles s’assurent si vous êtes satisfaits! 6-mille merci!

Sep 02,2021j'ai acheter un collier il est est magnifique. Les images virtuelles donnaient une belle idée du savoir-faire, mais la réalité est largement au-delà de cette beauté. Il est exactement comme mon "rêve" pouvait l'imaginer. Je remercie infiniment les équipes pour tout ce qu'elles ont fait depuis ma première demande jusqu'à la réception du "colis", et pourtant il y a eu de nombreuses demandes de ma part, y compris pour accepter de conserver le collier, jusqu'à ce que je puisse le recevoir après mes "vacances studieuses" à l'hôpital. j'ai eu a faire à des gens bienveillants, et pour moi, il n'y a de plus grandes qualités que la bienveillance (je suis psy).
