Le fait qu'il y ait des boutiques physiques et les multiples avis positifs m'ont conforté, et le personnel à été très compétant pour toute mes demandes. Le bijou à été produit et livré dans les temps. Madame est très contente de son solitaire, la bague est magnifique.

Petit point d'amélioration : normalement nous sommes informés de l'avancée de la production du produit, ça n'a pas été le cas pour moi

I had the Pleasure of working with a Sophia in customer service, she answered my endless amount of questions before I decided to make my purchase. To Spend so much money over the Internet had me concerned but they have ncredible follow-up every step of the way and that gave me a feeling of safety. The story ends with me being amazed by the quality of the engagement ring that I received. I can only say that it far exceeded my expectations and I will only buy through this company in the future when buying jewelry
