Jul 13,2021Very customer friendly and professional company. Our rings were tailor made and in such a delecate process there's always a chance that something goes wrong along the line. Baunat found out this actually happened and informed us that they were not satisfied with the quality. They immediately informed us, apologized and made new rings. One might say that this is what you'd expect from jewellery, but I've seen different at many companies. It's precisely in these kinds of situations that a company distinguishes itself in a positive way!

Jul 10,2021Happy about the purchase. The ring looks great. Was very pleased they ship to the EU with no additional cost. Communication was very good and customer support was excellent. Shipping was done in the time mentioned on their website. Was very pleased about that, too. What I did NOT like was the fact that my country ( a country in EU) was blocked from making online payments on their website and I had to select another method of making the purchase, which was not as straightforward. This, for me, made the entire experience go from “excellent” to just “good”

Jul 03,2021Service au top, une étoile en moins car les délai annoncées étaient de 7 jours et que la bague a été envoyée au bout de 3 semaines. Concernant l'envoi nous avions convenu d'une reception le mercredi et restez chez nous pour cela, mais elle n'a finalement été livré que le vendredi.
