Oct 18,2023One item I ordered was shown to be “in stock”. After placing the order I received an email that the item was on back order and would be delayed. This was bad enough but then my whole shipment was held back for a couple months until the one item came in. The other items should have been shipped immediately. And now that bbq season is over I have my parts. No problem with the parts once received.

The only problem is that I needed to reach out to learn that the item would take longer to arrive than initially expected....if they had been more proactive and reached out to me with this information I would have given them 5 stars.

Oct 07,2023Brought in the parts I needed in a timely fashion. I had a bone-head accident, in which I smashed the dome of my Big Green Egg, and needed to replace it. This is not a part that is customarily available in stock, so it had to be ordered. This process took a couple of weeks, but it did work out for me. I have the dome, it's installed, and I'm back to Q-ing. Staff at Capital BBQ were helpful, and kept me informed throughout the process.
