In addition to this, they assembled and delivered the BBQ free of charge. I was impressed.! I would recommend Capital BBQ to anyone wanting to deal with a service oriented company!

Sep 07,2023I cannot speak to the longevity of this product as it is still in the infancy stages of use. I can say however that we are very happy thus far with the quality, performance and features of the grill. The service from BBQ.com was excellent. We received the grill a day or 2 earlier I believe then originally scheduled and the packaging was solid. The driver was very nice and accommodating. We had an electrical supply challenge shortly after assembly and after contacting customer service at BBQ.com the rep was very helpful and even sent pics of how the showroom grill was connected and we were able to determine the issue which turns out was our own oversight. Very happy with the entire experience so far. We have asked for a new set of booklets(operating manual) etc. We had a spill and ours are ruined. We have not received them.
