Fast and right parts
I asked them to combine shipping on two seperate orders and it was no problem. Products arrived quickly and was able to purchase items no one else seemed to have.
Waited over a week to receive the order when they didn’t come emailed to find out what was going on. Was told that the order would be shipped immediately. Waited over a week again and received mother so once again contacted you only to find out 2 of the items were on back order. Why was I not told that in the first place. Once we received the order the plugs were not the correct size even though it stated it was for my BBQ. Had to file them down to fit. Overall a terrible experience. Will never shop here again.
The piece was back order. I was not offered a refund. I had to wait until they received it. I would have liked to have a choice. Either refund or wait.
Surprisingly got a better deal than Costco (who were sold out anyway). A bit of a drive (I'm in Kanata) but very easy pick up -- I called ahead, asked at the counter, was told to drive around the back to the loading doors and there it was.

Customer service was helpful, however, shipping was outrageous for my $2500 Napoleon grill bumper pad. Shipping was $21.00 for a Lid rubber bumper pad.
Got the part that I needed and now my grill is safe to use again. Fast response and delivery with competitive prices. What more can you ask for?! Thank you BBQing.com! :-)
It took quite a while because the BBQ was back ordered, but the delivery was well managed. They do ADVERTISE A LOT by email once you order though.
BBQing is providing and excellent web site to buy BBQ parts. Easy to use and customer service is excellent (fast and accurate answer, even when the parts are back order from the vendor). I use the iPhone SHOP application and I receive frequent updates about shipping of my parts. Thanks BBQing, I have already recommended you to my friends.
Eventhough the item was in backorder. They were honest and upfront and kept me informed.
Bought a smoker from Capital BBQ after doing lots of research online and trying to find the best deal. The brand I wanted wasn't readily available near me and they had the best deal. Plus free shipping! I would definitely recommend.

The service after sell is really bad. I wanted to return an item which I purchased by mistake because there was no pic. I needed to pay for the returning shipping fees. I m really upset about this situation because it wasn’t my fault that there were no pics, and also the shipping fees is almost half of the price of the items. I simply wanted to return the wrong items without shipping fees. In return, they would send me the right items since the item I needed were the same price. Yet, I sent them an email, letting them know that I’m not satisfied with their service after sell and hoping they would something about it, but they ignore my email.
Unfortunately, I have received an item that I did not order and it was ship to me by mistake and it took 2weeks+ to solve this issue... I finally received the item I ordered only 2 weeks+.. pretty happy with it but it took way too long..
product purchased was not an exact copy of the original causing me hours of work to adapt them. When asked for client support, I got nothing positive in return. Not a great experience as it should have been a 5min job which turned out to be over 2h of work.
Easy purchase and delivery. All that we wanted.

Huge delay (2 months) to get my order even if payment was put on my credit card; When I called to find out what was the problem, I have been told that it was not under your control (supplier problem), but you took the payment and made no follow-up to explain to me the problem; Meanwhile, I have received a lot of junk mail (publicity) from you; Hopefully this is the last email that I have received from you as I completed the unsubscribing procedure!
