Aug 07,2023I went to the store, which is 45 minutes away, they didn't have the item in stock, but my fault I was looking online and I had the wrong item. Told me they could order it and I would have it in a few weeks, were very honest about it. I said I would check elsewhere and order online if I couldn't find it right away. After a few unlucky visits in the other BBQ stores in the area, I ordered it online, I was surprised the shipping was very competitive for the Gatineau area. I got an email shortly after saying there would be a delay, as I was told in store, but not too long after I got the package at the door. With such low shipping unless I need something on the same day I'll definitely be ordering online instead of wasting time driving around town.

Aug 02,2023The regulator was ordered in the afternoon Sunday when the store was closed. The replacement part was delivered before noon on Tuesday. The price of the regulator and hose was a lot cheaper (including the shipping to Toronto), which saved going downtown and fighting the Toronto's bumper to bumper traffic.
