Reasonably easy to assemble but one of the bolts sheared off and I’m still waiting a week later for the part to arrive so feeling frustrated presently. Outback BBQ’s are very robust and my last one lasted just over 10 years. Latest Magnum 3 is an awesome looking beast which I know I’m going to enjoy when I invite over a few friends.

Good product, good communication from company regarding order process. Then the bbq was delivered secured to a full size pallet which the delivery driver refused to either take the bbq off or remove the pallet. Ridiculous. How do they work when the delivery address has no access for a pallet mover truck?
We are still waiting for rotisserie been three weeks since we ordered it
Delivered on the day specified (although the driver didn't call ahead with a delivery time as specified.) Took 3 hours to put together, but looks robust and big enough to cope with the largest of gatherings.

BBQ arrived on time and as expected The only negative comment I have is that it arrived on wooden pallet and the delivery driver wouldn't take utvaway

Firstly I would like to say this is not a review on a outback BBQ as they are a good BBQ, this is solely aimed at the outback shop & Now group UK who sell on behalf of them. DO NOT order from them at the minute as they admitted to me on the phone that outback are not sending them everything they sell on their website, they will happily take your money but just feed you excuses as why products are late or just not turning up at all. I Ordered my Jupiter 4 burner with cover and pizza stone grill on the 1st of march 2019, they claimed to have next day delivery, make sure you read the small print. Rebooked delivery for 15th April as that was my next day off,no problems, giving them in the region of 6 weeks to sort out a BBQ and a cover. After that agreement I must of had 4-5 phonecalls over next coming weeks telling me my BBQ is ready when do I want it delivered, each time having to explain to different member of there telephone sales team and managers that I had already agreed a delivery date. Maybe they don't talk to each other or just write information down on scraps of paper? Two weeks Prior to delivery I thought I'd check up make sure delivery is still coming for the 15th April as I had booked a day off work, " Yes definitely coming." Repeated the process one week before and same response. ONE WORKING DAY before delivery I receive a email saying the cover will not be arriving and they don't know when it would be coming as OUTBACK have stopped sending them accessories. Was promised a phonecall the next day to tell me when it would be arriving, never happened. Ok, the show goes on as long as my BBQ coming ON Monday 15th because I have booked day of work, "yes definitely" they replied once again. At this stage I had a slight feeling of what was to come. Monday the 15th of April arrives, IL start by saying whatever delivery company they use only ring you one hour before arriving, apparently anyway as I didn't get that far. You receive no email no text or call giving you notice of a delivery, in 2019 I find this very poor!! Other companies you can watch your delivery travel around the country on a live map, catch up fella's!!! So I've stayed in on my day off, its got to midday, I give them a ring to makes sure everything is ok, " yes fine, delivery will ring you one hour before." Two hours later I ring to ask one of the managers if they could ring the delivery company to find out what time it was coming, as I was really enjoying my day off sat on sofa waiting for a man in a van. His response was " We are legally not aloud to contact them until about half 3" yeah that "about" sounds like it's a legit part of a contract. Anyway about half 3 arrives, try to ring the manager back no response, send him a email asking him to chase my delivery. Get a email back saying " I've rang them, waiting for a response, Il keep you updated. 16:45 at this point my sete had a strong mould of my bum print, I received a phone call from the same manager telling me the delivery company HAD LOST MY ORDER. WOW!!!!! no words, apart from cancel my order and send me my money back, thank you Karl. Received a cancellation email with a 5% discount off my next order, I wouldn't use your company if you offered me 95% discount!!! Don't be lured in by all the "amazing service" etc reviews they post on their website, if you read into them the majority of them are for BBQ covers, ironically the part of my order that was definitely not coming. If you still want a Outback BBQ, just use Google and look on the next two major companies after OutbackshopUK, however I'd still ring them and ask if they actually have everything you want in stock, because as I was told " Outback are not sending us everything we sell" if Outback don't send the OUTBACK SHOP their products then I doubt they'll send them to independent sales companies. Or maybe it was just another lie. After trying to post this review on their website it says "accepted for moderation" so I doubt it will be posted.
Wow what service, I would like to thank the lady I just spoke to for all her help in agreeing the price on the Outback Jupiter 6 burner. I look forward to receiving it in a few weeks. I can highly recommend there customer service based on my experiance.
