Jupiter 6 burner BBQ, good build quality and we love the pizza stone! Had one issue with a break in the round grill replaced by return of post, the customer service with the staff via email has been just amazing. Highly recommend to buy from here. customer service in my opinion is everything and they cannot be faulted.

I emailed to draw their attention to the poor quality of the burners on my 18 month old barbecue. There was no response for 2 weeks so I emailed again and then got a reply which failed to address the matter, basically telling me that replacement burners were not in stock. How helpful was that?

What an excellent service, had a small problem phoned company up sent photos on Tuesday and a replacement arrived on Thursday, I had no problem getting through on the phone spoke to someone strait away, and the BBQ is great, i would certainly recommend this company you can't fault them ,

I bought a dual charcoal and gas BBQ and it is a great piece of kit. I needed a new temp gauge (i accidentally damaged it whilst cleaning) and whilst the new one arrived quickly it developed condensation inside. I contacted Outback to request a replacement with photographs, got a response within 30 minutes of sending email and replacement in less than 24 hours. Things are occasionally faulty with all brand but to respond and resolve that quickly is exceptional. Great customer care from start to finish and a top quality BBQ as well, perfect all round, well done

Bought by my daughter as a present for me! Meteor was ordered , delivered, built and cooked on all within 4 days. Looking forward to many more BBQs.

Just like to say ""Thank You". Received my delivery of a Ranger3 yesterday and built today with the help of my daughter. Wow it looks fantastic.🙂 Build was fun cos we got the wooden legs wrong way round it was only when we put it up the right way that we noticed it was wrong, no big deal just swapped a couple over and all was good. Tip: remove all the boxes and stuff from the main grill, it's a lot easier to lift. Instructions were clear pictures were ok but could be better I had to get my daughter to look at them 🙂 Looking forward to the big BBQ this weekend. Will be ordering more accessories.

Bought a Meteor 4 burner bbq. Order was place on 6th April and took 2 weeks to turn up. The hood was damaged on arrival. A replacement was shipped out very quickly but was mismanufactured and had screws missing and a loose inner heat shield. A leak then appeared from the base of the bbq so fat was dripping out onto the patio (which tbf is easily remedied but when paying over £450 you expect a premium product). The customer service was very good, Karl in particular, who dealt with everything very quickly and efficiently which is why it’s not getting no stars and I was refunded fully. The cover is yet to arrive 3 weeks down the line. I would not purchase again on the basis that this is the first outback bbq i have bought and suffered the issues i have, but would once again highlight how diligently my issues were dealt with.

Ordered a BBQ, understandably due to the current health crisis delivery was longer than stated but this was communicated to us via Email with regular updates. The BBQ arrived on the stated date and time. Upon unpackaging, we discovered that the cooker lid was dented and scratched. This was not due to courier as the box was unmarked. We phoned Outback BBQ shop and explained the problem. Was asked for serial number, order number and photos of box and damaged lid. We were told that it was ok to continue to use and that a replacement lid would be sent out. Next morning replacement arrived as promised . Easy enough to assemble if you follow instructions correctly. Have to say it is a fantastic BBQ and cooks lovely. The customer service we experienced was absolutely fantastic and couldn’t recommend them enough.

Ordered my BBQ over a week ago now, understand that next day delivery as stated isnt going to happen with Coronavirus floating around but the websites stated possible 1-3 days. When I rang to find out where my BBQ I just got told that there is no tracking number and that it may be 3-5 days delivery. This was quickly covered up with an email within 10 minutes of my phone call stating more delays. On the 5th day I rang to ask and was fobbed off once again with more rubbish about they have definitely sent my bbq right away but the pallet company they use haven't prioritised it, yet they wouldn't tell me the pallet company name so I could ring them. Still have no BBQ over a week after payment and no way of knowing if I'll ever get it as they just fob u off on the phone calls.

I have just had a fantastic buying experience! - it arrived the day after ordering it and the assembly instructions were 'fool proof'. Once built I experienced a small issue with one of the components, however, the Company reacted with such speed and efficiency to ensure I was not inconvenienced - this is a true reflection of Firm that cares about their customers - it is so refreshing in this day and age of very mediocre Customer Service! I thoroughly recommend both the Onyx BBQ and the subsequent 'Aftersales' experience. Well done Outback and Thank you!

I have had many BBQ's over the years, but when I used my new Meteor (4 Burner) the other day the others just paled into history!! Everything just seems to 'fit' perfectly with it. I purchased some of the Lava Rocks for use on one side of the BBQ which now gives me traditional 'Charcoal' effect too. The cover also makes sure it will last me a lot longer than my previous ones. Next stop will be the Pizza stones to make my own Pizza's....never had that option on my previous ones!!! Bring it on!! Well done Outback. Allan (Northants).

This is a fantastic BBQ, cooks even and looks great. I am a 59yo woman and put the meteor 4 burner BBQ together on my own in around 2 hours, I needed help to lift the BBQ part on to the stand but other than that it was all me. The instructions are fine, the only confusing put was the names of the screws, they have 2 different names but like anything you build, using a little common sense always works.

Delivered on the Tuesday as agreed but on opening the main base was damaged so the BBQ could not be built as someone had clearly jumped on the box at some point with a size 10 boot. Was promised a replacement part by Thursday, then Friday, then Saturday but nothing arrived. Called again on Monday to be told Outback had still to ship it - good job I'd not asked the wife to stay indoors for 3 days waiting as they suggested. Family BBQ planned for the weekend had to be cancelled, not much point having next day delivery if you have to wait over 1 week for replacement parts. No offer of any compensation form either Outback or Outback BBQ shop.

So, I recently made an order from Outback BBQ Shop for a £300 BBQ. I needed it by Friday, as I had an event planned for the Saturday. I called to order and was advised that a DPD delivery would take place on Friday...... Unfortunately it didn't, DPD lost it.... and I didn't get a BBQ until the following Tuesday! So, you may ask why I'm giving Outback BBQ shop a 5* rating.... well I will tell you why. I blame DPD for the loss of the first BBQ... this to me was beyond the control of Outback BBQ Shop. Despite this, they took full responsibility for the issue and I must have been apologised to, and thanked for my patience, 30+ times. Customer services were easy to reach by phone, and not only did they sort me a wonderful BBQ, I was sent a fantastic Outback accessory pack as an apology for the inconvenience.... yes I had to find a BBQ else where for my event... but sometimes S**t happens. Good customer service is easy when things are going well, it's when there are issues that it is really tested. Based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to use Outback BBQ shop again, cheers guys!
