Apr 26,2019Great BBQ although there was some damage to the lid handle that I only discovered halfway through the build. I did not contact Outback upon the discovery of the damage but decided to tidy the broken edges as it will make no difference to the operation or function of the handle. If it wasn't for the careless packing I would definitely given them five stars! All in all a very good purchase, roll on summer! 👌

Apr 21,2019BBQ Model Jupiter absolutely brilliant. Delivered on a pallet it was perfectly packed. Assembly and supporting instructions excellent. Such a pleasure to eventually switch on and go for our first BBQ. This was our 2nd Outback, the first model lasted over 12 years. We just wanted a more current model.All boxes ticked.

Apr 19,2019Not for the faint hearted. Assembly took me over two hours. This is the second Outback bbq I have purchased. The first one lasted nearly 10 years and was brilliant - just hope that the latest acquisition last as long. So far so good.

Apr 19,2019The BBQ is of excellent quality and really works well, however, it would very difficult to assemble for two people as one person needed to hold the heavy top section in place whilst the other secured to the base with the screws. Really a three person job and the instructions for assembly could have been clearer.

Apr 18,2019I was looking for a regulator and hose for my Outback BBQ and found on this website there was one for free. I needed a cover for it too. Bought the cover But the regulator never arrived. After phoning advised that it was website issue, no apology for the disappointment. The cover is good, but dissatisfied with the service.

Apr 18,2019Never got my delivery on time. Was Monday delivery, waited in all day to be told it will be Tuesday, Tuesday came and went, to be told it will be Wednesday. Disappointed and angry waiting around. Bbq us OK, easy to put together. Feel let down over all.
