No sign of our bed. Ordered in March but the delivery date keeps getting put back. Emails remain unanswered and there is no reply on the phone - I am now having to claim my money back through the bank.

I wish I'd seen these reviews! We did get our bed and are happy with it but we are missing the £184 bed bumper and I just can't get through to them 😕 (bed was ordered in February and we got it in April)

After 3 months of waiting I finally got my money back. Met with excuse after excuse but even Bedoo finally gave up saying they will deliver. I have to agree that this company does appear to be a scam so I would strongly suggest not using them.

They could not deliver our products in last 3 months and we are not able to reach out them to get any feedback. I suspect they might be prank or fraud. Please stay away from them.

Experienced delays in receiving my product. I managed to get hold of the bedoo customer service quite quickly and the delivery was arranged in two weeks time. Apart from that which was quite frustrating, very happy with the actual bed, good quality, solid wood and beautiful too.

Same as everyone else. I ordered my bed on 6th Feb 2023 and it has still not arrived. I have a baby due in 6 weeks and we were meant to have our toddler in their new bed by now. It's kept me up at night worrying about my toddlers transition into a grown up bed being left so late before newborn arrives! I was told last week it was out with the delivery company, but they weren't able to tell me who the delivery company were. I have just phoned up for a refund. I won't hold my breath!

Our order has been now delayed by a month and we still don’t know when it will arrive. Customer service has been also very bad and only replying weeks later with no updates.

Bed for toddler now nearly 2 months late, customer service have no idea if bed has even been made. Keep saying I’ve been put as priority and will get a call back and never do. This has been going on for another month. Never been so frustrated as to write a bad review but avoid this company at all costs.

I’m currently on 10 weeks!! since we ordered an three delays in dispatch or delivery… no updates and no confirmation from the company, forever chasing them up, the phone line is always saying they have high volume of calls which I can understand now if no body is receiving the product they paid for once you do get through the customer service they aren’t apologetic or even have a clue what’s going on with the order and to be told they will have someone call me back iv never received a phone call. I’m now panicking after reading so many bad reviews to believe maybe this company is a scam I showed my concern to customer service an they didn’t even seemed bothered that I felt like that no reassurance from them I’m just gutted because the beds looks amazing an I wanted a nice bed for my daughter and after waiting this long novelty is wearing off and she’s now got used to Montessori style mattress on the floor shame because iv spent £500 which is a lot of money and I just can’t justify spending that again to buy her bed

Total incompetent company and appalling customer service. My order is currently 3 weeks late. No information from Bedoo, but the delivery company told me that only part of the bed was sent to them for delivery (so they obviously couldn't deliver it) As other people stated, extremely difficult to get a response on phone or email form Bedoo. I'd have normally asked for a refund by this stage but i'm scared I will never see my money again!

Bed took 10 weeks to arrive and then it was not the same dimensions as advertised on their website so our toddler’s mattress didn’t fit. They said they will send a courier to collect but haven’t heard since and they are now not responding to calls or emails. Absolutely disgraceful.

Absolutely appalling customer service! My order has been delayed twice and I have no idea when it will be delivered or if it has even been made! Customer service are clueless as to both of these things and I have been fobbed off for the last 4 weeks being told I should "urgently" recieve a phone call back - which hasn't happened! Have also emailed the company and recieved no reply! Avoid this company!!

You are an absolutely disgraceful company. Waiting for a bed for months. No updates. Changing dispatch dates with no explanation. Impossible to get a proper hold of anyone. Emails ignored, phone calls not helpful. I’ve asked for a refund and been told it’s in process, I wanted it confirmed via email. I was told an email has been sent when it hasn’t!!!. You should not be aloud to operate in any sort of business, to my great shock after reading some reviews you have done this to many other people. If I do not get my written refund confirmation I will be calling trading standards. Order number 22001815

Terrible company to deal with. No update on my order and when requesting to cancel my order "every person is busy" and has been for 3 days. Such a shame as the beds look amazing !! The Customer service teams are as clueless as you are as to what's going on. With baby 2 due any week and a toddler without a bed it's stressful and appalling.

DO NOT BUY FROM BEDOO!!! We ordered and paid for our kid's bed 2 months ago and the bed still hasn't arrived, and we haven't been able to get an update from Bedoo - we've emailed several times and called a dozen times. Trying to get a refund but no one is responding from the company. We will now be getting in touch with Trading Standards for Breach of Consumer Act Rights as failed to comply with the delivery times advertised.

Avoid this company at all costs..still waiting my bed from November..costumer service is appalling. Fake promises of calls back and nothing. Been nearly 6 months waiting for a bed, ridiculous!

Ordered 6 weeks ago. Expected deliver 2 weeks ago. Emailed, no reply. Called, told to expect a callback which I have not got. No bed. Awful company to deal with, don’t bother.

Waited two months for my bed to then have a different one delivered. Impossible to get hold of anyone in customer service. The bed is poor quality and delivery team were incredibly rude

Awful experience with Bedoo. I waited 2 months for a bed I ordered. When I received it the quality was poor and it was damaged in places. After returning the item I am still awaiting my refund several weeks later. No response from customer services when I email and when I phone them I am continuously told no one from the department is available. Promised a call back but nothing.
