Still awaiting my bed that was due for delivery weeks ago. No communication from the company, and every time I get hold of someone they just say ‘it’s on the way’. Infuriating.
Excellent bed, delivery/assembly service was great. Took a while to arrive, but all went very well when it did arrive and we’re very happy with the bed and the service (they swapped lights for us very quickly).
I had the misfortune of ordering a bed from this company for my child, and the entire experience has been an absolute nightmare. To start with, after a two month wait, they delivered the wrong bed frame, and a mattress that clearly doesn't fit. When I tried to contact their customer service team, I was met with complete radio silence. Emails and phone calls went unanswered, and we were left with no idea of when or how they planned to rectify the situation. It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing to be treated this way, especially when I've spent my hard-earned money on their product. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy - their lack of communication and inability to fulfill even the most basic of orders is simply unacceptable. In short, if you're looking for a reliable bed company that values their customers and their orders, look elsewhere.
The bed itself is amazing quality and very sturdy- exactly like the pic I used the assembly service which was great and very seamless The reason for 3 stars is that I was originally quoted 4 weeks for delivery and it took 3.5 months Whilst the customer service team was very responsive on emails they couldn’t give me any details or specificity on what the delays were or when I would receive the product.
Very happy with my purchase! Ordered the bed frame in November 2022 and received it in March 2023 but worth the wait! Right in time for my little boy’s birthday! Thank you.
Have been waiting for a response from this company for 9 weeks. Spent £600, the worst company I have ever come across (if it’s even legitimate ?!) Wrote a previous review and was told someone would be in touch - this never happened. The estimated dispatch date has now changed AGAIN and is saying expected 5th April! The date has changed perhaps five times now - I ordered this bed in JANUARY. This company have had my money for months and has not replied to one of my many calls/emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Absolutely awful firm ! Didn’t deliver within specified time ! Unable to speak to anyone who can actually do anything even their tel call sales couldn’t get in touch with their own management We agreed to change to different wood bed -waxed rather than painted to get the bed delivered but only with a substantial discount for all the delays and stress caused however instead they delivered cheaper version without fixing which eventually came but no response to refund requested ! £25 re emburse for delivery was a kick in the teeth ! No response from emails requesting telephone call and request for further discount ! They sent some Awful baubles as a gift which we didn’t even want ! At £360 bed / table is not cheap you expect better at that price I would go elsewhere every time NEVER buy from this firm ! They just don’t seem to know what they are doing and many reviews on here say the same ! Should of read before I purchased !!
We ordered a bed for our baby girl with lots of ilusion with the promise of 6 weeks delivery time, that went far over by 10 days or more...then came the moment of assembling it, no instructions of the required model, just general ones, fair enough, then surprise!!! The size of the bed was not the one we ordered!!! Labels were correct, bed, INCORRECT!!!! Now starts the fun, emailed the company that answered very polite on a Monday morning, apologising and offering an inmediate solution, by the end of the running week the wrong bed would be collected and the right one delivered, GREAT!!! But far for being true, not heard from them, no further emails, no response from the costumer care after few phone calls... So we're now stuck with a bed, smaller than we ordered and pay, with no solution for it Terrible experience
We’re really pleased with the bed and my toddler adores it! Looks great and gives him the independence to get in and out whilst making him feel snug when he’s in. Pleased to report bedtimes have been much easier now he has a “big boy bed”. We did have to wait for longer than the expected delivery time listed and I had to chase up - so if you need it by a particular date maybe make inquiries beforehand.

The bed itself is really lovely, nicely made and relatively straightforward to build - although you definitely need a drill, it would take days to build using the the supplied Allen key. The delivery time is what lets the side down unfortunately! I ordered mid January and was told an eta of mid February but it wasn’t until mid March that it finally arrived.
Took a month to get here as stated but it’s high quality and my toddler really likes it!
Delivered when advised. No missing or damaged parts. Took a little while to build. Very heavy when together which shows how solid it is for a bunk bed but taller than expected so double check your ceiling height!
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We have emailed and called multiple times and have had no response. The bed was ordered on the promise of a 4 week lead time and all we get is automated responses pushing the deadline further and further back with no explanation. Our order has still not arrived and is several weeks late. This has been a truly appalling experience.
I’ve been waiting for my order now 8 weeks, I’ve emailed multiple times and called 10+ times. Always told I will be called back immediately as a matter of urgency, and yet I never ever hear back. Starting to think the whole company is a scam. We’ve spent nearly £600 and cannot seem to get a response. DO NOT order from this company. EDIT - still have no heard from the company two days later, the tracking said the bed was due in Feb and every-time it reaches the latter tracking date it changes again. Have tried getting my money back multiple times, emailed the company and requested call backs. Still nothing. Appalling customer service
The website says dispatch within 3-5 weeks. We are 10+ weeks since ordering and have not received our order. We have spent over £300!! I have called the customer service line and it goes to voicemail, and emails go unanswered. Your Instagram page just deletes all comments from people who are saying they haven’t received their order. Terrible.
The Good: Solid bed and looks great, especially when dressed up with fairy lights and draped netting over the top, my daughter loves it. The Not So Good: Paint job I feel needs a few more coats as the white was very thin, evenly done just thin and certainly not solid white so you can see the wood colouring and grain through it. Communication through the process does need improving as we were a month past due date and felt I had to chase to get the updates and handover to the delivery company needs tightening up in the communications and ownership of updates should remain with Bedoo to make sure their customer knows what is going on but these things can all be worked on.
I purchased the Sophia toddler bed back at the end of December. The bed itself is sturdy but I had several issues with the overall experience: 1. The bed took almost 2 months to arrive. Much longer than expected. There are minimal emails along the way to explain the delay or provide an accurate delivery date. 2. The self assembly took a long time. Some of the screws were ridiculously tough to tighten and the instructions were poor. I didn’t actually realise it was self assembly until it arrived, that could definitely be made clearer. 3. The website mentions ‘No MDF in sight’ yet the bed comes with 2 MDF panels to support the slats. 4. The pictures of the Sophia bed use a pillow to cover up the two unnecessary holes drilled into one of the bed posts. It’s clearly been done on purpose to avoid people questioning the product quality.
Bed came as described and my son loves it. Easy to build. Only downfall was delivery took slightly longer but definitely worth the wait!
