Don't buy from this company! I bought a bed 2 months ago still didn't receive it. It was supposed to arrive within 3-5 weeks. I am trying to communicate with them to get a refund and they don't answer the phones or reply to emails.
DO NOT ORDER A BED FROM HERE!!!! I placed an order for a bed for my son on the 24th November 2022, I was told it was getting delivered between the 23rd and 27th December 2022. I then had to chase it myself because on the tracking page it just said delay, I then got told it would be dispatched between the 6th and the 13th of January and again it wasn’t and I had to email them again and ask where my sons bed was. They then delayed it until the 20th of January and it wasn’t dispatched again. I got a email on the 12th of January from some who works at bedoo letting me know it would definitely be dispatched the week of the 15th of January but of course the bed hasn’t been dispatched. I’ve sent numerous emails and every time I ring they just take my number and tell me someone will ring back and no one has. My 18 month old has been left without a bed as we got rid of his cot because it was due to be delivered at the end of December!!!! I ordered this bed two months ago and there is still no bed and no one that can help me find out where my bed is. Communication has also been disgusting, like I said every time I have had to contact them myself first. All I wanted to do is order my son a new bed for Christmas and I’m now sat trying to find someone who can help even tell me where the bed is. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!
We love love LOVE our bed! It’s amazing - our little boy adores it. Delivery very slow and communication not the best mind, but I would use them again as the products are really very special.
Being fooled by the reviews on Trustpilot myself. I order a bed on the 10th December with an estimated delivery date at the beginning of January. I then got an updated for an estimated delivery on the 12th January. Of course haven't received anything and only after chasing with an email they updated the delivery date to 25th January. No communication whatsoever by the way - I had to check the tracking order page constantly for any updates.
As many people below, I ordered on the 11th nov and nothing yet. Very bad communication. If I will receive it i will update the order.
Struggling with this company atm, will update my review if I ever receive my order. Like another below, ordered early November for early December delivery. ZERO communication and still no bed as at 16.01 Update - no responses to emails, date kept going back. Cancelled and was refunded immediately AND got a dispatch notice! Assumed it was a joke but the bloody thing turned up! I am gutted as had to reject at door as I had just bought one that I didn’t really want as thought this was a scam. If the customer service was better then I’d probably have the bed I wanted for my daughter!
Lead time for the product was a tad long but well worth the wait! Bed is beautiful and our daughter loves it!
We ordered the Dalby house bed for our little girl. We are so impressed with the quality, a really solid bed! The delivery process was smooth and efficient with the bed arriving on the scheduled date and the 2 delivery guys who assembled it were really quick and tidy.
We highly recommend the wonderful beds. High quality and very comfortable.
I’d actually give no stars in this instance. Ordered 8Nov as delivery was mid December - perfect for my grand-daughters Christmas present. No updates despite chasing till AFTER Christmas when reply said sorry but it was due before Christmas but the manufacturer failed to deliver. Further update on 3Jan states dispatch 6-12Jan. But no contact ref delivery to us. Totally fed up and have learnt lesson - don’t buy from Facebook Ads. UPDATE Finally got a message saying our bed was with the delivery partner who told me he was not expecting it or the other 60-80 packages for 4 days! Also said he had had a LOT of complaints about Bedoo. By this time i had lost faith - ordered another bed from Mon Lit Cabane that came from France within a week! When the delivery company finally confirmed a delivery date for the Bedoo product, i rang and said i would be refusing delivery. (My french bed was delivered, built and being slept in!) At that point things got much better and i received a full refund from Bedoo within a few hours. No other emails messages have ever been responded too by Bedoo, but their delivery company was spot on.
The bed looks great! Really glad I ordered this, rather than some cheaper alternatives online - I think you can really tell with the thickness or the wood etc Ordering / delivery all really good and no issues.
We bought the Oliver bed for our little girl from Bedoo. The delivery was on time and the quality of the wood is excellent! Very easy to build. Highly recommended.
Great communication around delivery and brilliant design and quality- looked at other similar beds but this was the best for quality. Easy to assemble too. Very happy with the bed!

None delivery of the bed, terrible communication and no response when asked for a refund. UPDATE: order refunded when threatened with reporting to trading standards for breach of the consumer rights act.
Ordered bed in October (due 2nd December at the latest), we've still not received (end December) and very poor contact - phone number doesn't work, only responded once to instant messages and very sporadic via email (also vague responses) Also they promised an update the next day, but we haven't heard anything for 2 weeks, despite daily reminders for an update. Ordered a bed bumper mid November, no order update despite several requests, they kept pushing back delivery and still not received even though original delivery date end of November. Scam website? Been messed around too much now just want our money refunded, poor company to deal with even if not a scam.
Amazing build, easy to assemble
The bed looks great and feels solid. The customer service has been helpful throughout. We are very pleased with it and our son loves his new bed.

No communication whatsoever, if you try to call them the always say that they're experiencing a large amount of calls and can't answer right now, just sent them an email on Thursday with no response from them!! Please make yourself a favour and don't order from this website! They're definitely scaming!!
