Jan 14,2022Beautiful bed, am so happy with it. It's sturdy, well built & is an absolutely stunning addition to my bedroom. I chose the silver grey velvet. While I'm here I really must commend the sales team too - there was an unforeseen issue with my order which was by no means the fault of the company. The team really couldn't have been more helpful in rectifying the matter for me & as such I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again & would highly recommend. Beautiful piece of furniture with top class customer service, well done all!

Jan 14,2022I like the bed it is exactly what I ordered, looks nice and neat and has plenty of storage. The bed was delivered four weeks after purchasing which is good considering Christmas was in between.

Jan 14,2022Delivery went well over the lead time, we waited 4 months for our bed. Then our bed broke on the FIRST night that we slept in it. A wooden slat completely snapped. It just feels incredibly flimsy. We emailed the company and they sent us replacement parts. Fast forward a month and a leg has now snapped off of the bed. We’ve had to take all of the legs off of the bed so it’s even and now the bed is just sat on the floor. I can’t believe the poor quality and it wasn’t cheap either. Not what I’d expect for the price at all. Never ever buying a bed from an online store again.

Jan 06,2022Bed arrived yesterday, exactly on the date and time quoted. When putting bed together I found there were 2 clips missing off one half of the divan. Phoned up and have been promised they will be sent in the post directly to me. Providing I receive these promptly I am happy with the bed and service

Dec 22,2021Overall good beds - in line with the price paid, unfortunately the delivery company weren't the best, and some of the items weren't packed well either which meant they arrived damaged. It took months to resolve due to delays with delivery and damage on delivery multiple times. Nonetheless, the silver lining and saving grace out of all of this was that the customer service from Beds on Legs themselves was absolutely on point - they responded politely always, fast and did try their best. In the end I got everything resolved, even if it did take some time. I would cautiously buy from them again but just make sure you insist on better packaging to avoid damage on delivery - it's in their interests as well as yours, save them money and save you time!

Dec 20,2021The bed, headboard and footboard quality is very good and so was the delivery time and communication for the delivery. The only reason this is not a five star review is that the delivery team take the bed to your room of choice but that's it. You then have to unpack it all and, for a superking bed, that includes a lot of dirty polythene wrapping that you also then have to dispose of.

Jan 15,2022Ordered a bed. They said I ordered the wrong colour. Which I know I didn't. I cancelled the order before it was delivered. And they charged me £100 to cancel. So £100 out if pocket and no bed
