Feb 08,2022We were very pleased with the bed itself, but unfortunately there was some damage to the bed due to damaged packaging, (not the fault of Beds on Legs). I contacted Beds on Legs and they dealt with the problem promptly and efficiently. Love to Sleep Ottoman Bed.

Feb 04,2022Bed was delivered on time. Didn't realise it came in quite so many pieces so we asked delivery guys to help assemble. All went together ok. The storage space in the bed is impressive and the ease of opening is great. Quality is ok but clearly it is not the same as the top ranges available in the shops, but the value for money, in our opinion, is more than adequate.

Jan 27,2022My first and last visit. We could have purchased online with a £60 discount and received delivery within 24 hours but did the ethical thing. Beds on legs had the benefit of a showroom and the opportunity to test the goods, which we did. Unfortunately the item was not in stock and the delivery, which had to be chased was 9 weeks and not the 2 or 3 stated. At least the delivery guys were good.

Jan 24,2022The initial response to my order was just a confirmation email, so slightly more response would have been reassuring. However, contacting them by telephone was quick and easy and everything was fine after that. Delivery was only a few days late because of Christmas and went very smoothly. The bed was wrapped immaculately and is very comfortable. The only thing I would ask is not to use staples to attach cardboard to the corners of the base, since they weren't very easy to remove. Beds on Legs were a very good company to deal with and have supplied an excellent product.

I called Beds on Legs and they confirmed with the manufacturer that one of the two models I was looking at was in stock and would be delivered in 5-7 business days. I ordered it online and received it from the manufacturer within the expected time period. It was a good product, shipped in good condition. Would order from this company again.

Feb 12,2022Arrived pretty quickly after ordering. I wasn’t impressed with the delivery company who was supposed to contact me to discuss delivery and just sent a message with date and time. Plus one wasn’t wearing a mask and didn’t have one with him. Luckily we had some disposable ones to hand as we needed them to be wearing as we have a vulnerable daughter. We were also missing a pack of accessories and I had to ring to get these, so the bed couldn’t be fixed together but they arrived the next day which was extremely good customer service.
