Very pleased with my new bed. Delivery was earlier than expected. Really good quality bed and easy to put together. Would definitely use beds on legs again.

Very good customer service, all replies to emails were prompt and informative. Delivery of bed was prompt (once warehouses opened again) and delivery staff very helpful, in that it was still taken to the room, even though govt guidelines re:corona/social distancing are still in place.

The buying process was easy. I've communicated via email and was able to add additional options and change the material of the bed that was not listed online. The ottoman bed we ordered is made well and of good quality, sturdy. We've seen others in shops but this was by far one of the best. The headboard looked good just the back of it has a flimsy finish. The old headboard we had was a cheap one and had a much better finish in the back. Otherwise we are happy and looking forward to have our bed for a long time.

Very good Service. I was very impressed with Beds on Legs. I ordered 2 mattresses online during the Covid-19 lockdown - we already had one of the mattresses at home so I knew what I wanted. Beds on Legs rang to update me on delivery dates and - when the delivery date was protracted - they offered me better mattresses for the same price and earlier delivery. They have yet to arrive (tomorrow) but I feel confident that everything will be well.

I was kept informed of delivery throughout, agreed time and date where met. Delivery guys were cheerful and polite and my daughter is very happy with her new bed. Thank you.

Arrived on time good communication re delivery. Not put the bed up yet but looks great. Could not take upstairs due to Covid 19 and I was still shielding.

I ordered my bed during lockdown on discount which was great!! It came today, took only 3 weeks and I couldn’t be more happy, exactly how it looks in the pictures, delivery men were lovely and can’t wait to go to sleep tonight 😆

Bed should have been delivered on Thursday between 0800 and 1800 (10 hour delivery slot). No bed arrived on Thursday. Was then told it will definitely arrive on Friday between 0800 and 1800 (10 hour delivery slot). I was in the garden when it arrived (no phone call, even though I have provided a number). My neighbour took delivery, I promptly collected it but it was just the Slats (no bed). I couldn’t contact beds on legs on the Friday because they close at 1400. Now it’s Monday, still no sign of the bed. Though I have had a text saying the bed will be delivered today between 0800 and 1800 (10 hour delivery slot). So in total I’ve had 30 hours worth of delivery slots and still no bed. So I have had to waste 3 whole days waiting. I had taken apart my old bed and had to put it back together, my wife is 8 months pregnant. So very stressful, obviously wouldn’t recommend.
