Dec 03,2021I called to enquire about an ottoman bed that I bought several years ago that is no longer being sold. The person I spoke to was very helpful in sourcing a very similar bed and fabric from the supplier. I ordered a fabric swatch which was sent to me swiftly. I then called back to enquire about a matching headboard and was guided through the order, which I then placed online. I also wanted assurance that the the bed would be delivered within the time they quoted. It was delivered with a day to spare. All in all, extremely happy with the professionalism, friendliness and efficiency of this company. The delivery was sourced to another company. They communicated the delivery dates and information well and arrived on time. The 2 men that came were polite and respectful and were in and out within minutes. No complaints here. All information is clearly stated both in the communication and on the product. This company went above and beyond to insure a stress free purchase. The price was also very competitive. Will definitely use again.

Nov 12,2021We bought an Amelie super king size ottoman bed from Beds on Legs 5 1/2 years ago. We use the ottoman lift no more than once a month. Last night, the metal frame failed as we were putting the ottoman down. Closer inspection showed the metal corner of the frame had sheared off completely. The frame holds the struts in place so the mattress is now lying inside the ottoman base. It’s clearly a manufacturing failure. Yet Beds on Legs answer is that their guarantee is only for 5 years and the manufacturer has gone out of business so there is nothing they can do for us. They still sell the Amelie bed but claim that is made by a different manufacturer but they call it that as it is similar. How very convenient for them. We bought another bed from them earlier on this year - more fool us. Certainly will never buy from them again.
